Wow, great looking coin. Were did you get it and how did you do on it. I have a few of them and I love the way they look.

 

Lovely. Why is her hue so golden? Is that silver?

 

thank you. and it is silver. i'm still learning how to take pics of coins, so the lighting gave it the color. bad choice of lighting on my part.

 

of all places, i got it at one of those "cash for gold" places. they recently opened and had been advertising as a "gold and coin shop," so i figured why not stop in and see what they have. not a huge selection, but the prices were reasonable!

 

Cool, we have one of those here in town. I have not made it buy there yet but they do advertise a LOT. A may have to stop in one of these days and check out what they have.

 

I have grabbed 3 1996 silver eagles for silver prices at the We buy gold store locally......to them its just silver
