My new experimental note

Bought it for $35 from a private collector.

Please explain to me what makes this note worth $35... It looks like a regular old crumpled SC...

This is really an honest question, I have no note experience.

 

+1 Maybe the "S" printed on it has something to do with it?

 

It was from a limited "experimental" series when the BEP was experimenting with cheaper paper.

 

Oh ok, I thought it was YOUR experiment...
