My most amazing find to date!

    I was given this in a jar of change today (mostly pennies) I dumped the jar out and found this an 1854 seated liberty quarter my heart nearly stopped! [​IMG]

    That's pretty sweet. Don't think I've ever found one of those in the wild before. Barber halves, yep. But SL Quarters? Nope.

    Coolest circulation find I have seen posted! Finding a 1964 dime is hard, let alone a silver quarter, and imagine finding one from before the Civil War! Congrats!!

    And I thought my 1859 Indian Head Cent found in a roll was as old as you can find them, and yours is silver!!!

    Thanks guys! I read somewhere that there’s a 0.01% chance of finding a 1964 quarter in circulation. I think this is really a once in a live time find.

    Awesome find! My cousin gave me an 1859 seated liberty quarter that he supposedly found in change and I was amazed. Glad to see other people finding cool stuff too.
