While at the ANA show the Pages booth was next to the BEP. The photographer from the BEP came over to my table one morning with a problem. His camera batteries had gone dead and he didn't have any spares with him. There is nowhere in the convention center to buy batteries so I gave him a set of mine. He aske my son and i to come to the BEP at the end of the day for a "special treat". When we got there we were introduced to three armed treasury agents. They proceeded to open one of the cases they were guarding and the photographer took a picture of my son and i holding the contents. I was told this "doesn't happen" and we were the only ones at the show that got this treat. Christopher and I holding 1.2 million dollars in $100,000 notes. He also took the photo below of Christopher and I with the printer and the plate for the limited edition print they were selling at the show (see RickieB's post)
that is awesome, I cant wait to have an experience with my son as you did with yours! This is definitely a memory that is worth a million dollars!

Sounds like a special time made all the more special because you were able to share it with your son.....karma has a way of taking care of folks ....
I didn't. I've been there and they are VERY serious about the security of those sheets lol That'a awesome you two got to do that.
key word armed lol, goverment spends millions of dollars in training on marksman, not treasury specifically tho
