Can't help with the notes, but here http://www.numismedia.com/fmv/fmv.shtml you'll find the info on your coins
The 2004 Quarters set, I assume is clad, and are selling for between $15 and $20. The 1981 Proof Set, clad is around $8-$10. The 1999 SBA Proof, if it's in the OGP, velvet box, with COA and all, around $25. The 1880 Morgan, if that's the same coin from your other thread, around melt. The 1959 Washington, worth melt, or $5.06 at current spot price. The Presidential dollars, are they from uncirculated mint sets or circulation?
They're selling them up to $2 fresh from bank rolls around here. Not sure why anyone is paying twice the face for them, but whatever floats their boat.
The best thing for you to do is look at ebay, heritage and other auction websites and see what they have been selling for lately, this will give you the best answer and most accurate answer than someone telling you on a forum
NOW they are. However, the first couple of years of the series, you could get rolls at any bank that had them.
