LOL, that one dosent look nearly as pricey as that last proof coin I saw you post. But the 1943D looks like a coin Id love to have. I dont know anything about the other one. But very nice coins.

Nice coin. Would like to see larger shots of the steelie when it arrives.

The portugese coin is tough to grade with the overexposed scans, but my sense it is 65-ish (what's that on the rim at 4 o'clock on the obverse?)...Mike

Did Ngc attribute the Rpm or is that lazy strike doubling/ plating that we see so much of?

No they did not. I'm not a Lincoln expert, but the last time I posted this coin, people said it was strike doubling. Frankly, I don't believe that as I would expect other areas to show strike doubling if it were the case -- and the complete serifs tell me it is a RPM rather than strike/mechanical doubling -- but again I am anything but an expert. Here's a detail shot of the area:

I'm no expert, but looks like the 1943S-1MM-007? There is no pic on copper coins, but sounds like your steelie:

Might be wrong, and could be no where close to your cent, but that's what it appears to me. Still, a nice looking one to say the least. :thumb:

I agree wth Phoenix - I was just checking copper coins myself. I could not find a way to search heritage. Nice coins everybody.
