Scotto I collect what I like

There is just something about a toned coin that really gets my attention. I like a nicely toned coin. Thanks for sharing your prize. Nice coin too.

    NICE COIN!!
I'm guessing its graded by NGC?
I'm also guessing its graded MS64? the back looks like a 65 but I'm not sure the front could go that high with the nick on the nose....but the toning is really pretty!

you got it speedy, just aquired it on ebay. NGC MS-64 ;)
Actually got it for a fair price as well, which can be very rare for ebay...
The toning is what made me want this coin, i am really growing to love natural toning on coins, not dipped and white...

Looking at the grey sheet i paid fair value for it... I beleive the toning pushes it a little over ask...
Does anyone get coins on ebay for bid or less?

Their may be no santa claus in numismatics, but the grinch lives on ebay ;P

Cool---I never really thought I would grade it right :D
I almost never grade Comm's....and need to!

I think most of the time on ebay people pay ASK---with a few going off for BID...but for less...I haven't found such!

heheh---I don't like the sound of that :D
Since I almost never get it right.....I'm sure I'll be off.
I was thinking MS65---PCGS might have said MS66 because of the neat toning....

I would agree with you speedy ;)

    PCGS is saying MS62

It is in an old green holder, so i am thinking that this is a PRIME candidate for re-grading. I have compared it to other pilgrims that are technically a higher grade, but this one looks better.

I actually got it for a steal, i paid MS62 prices for it... if I get super lucky and the NGC gods shine upon me I could quadruple my money ;)

but regardless, i bought it for me, not for profit. profits nice though ;)

Hot dog!!!....my dealer had one of these a few weeks ago graded MS63 and this one is alot better!
IIRC it was by NGC....it didn't have alot of luster and this one has better detail.
If you send it off let us know how it comes back.
