My last coin of the year for 2018 was a beautiful piece of Greek silver.

Just not quite the kind of Greek silver coin you might have been expecting to see on the Ancients Forum. ;)

    It's the KM #86 1963 30-drachmai, "Five Kings" type. PCGS MS65.

I have a couple of these. None quite that good, but not bad either.

They're relatively common, and even commonly found in nice grade. I got this one, already slabbed and TrueViewed, for less than it would have cost me to buy one and send off for slabbing myself, so I figured "why not?" Have always liked the design.

I posted 1 of these a long time ago in the world coin forum July 4th 2017. I liked the toning on it...
