Counterfeit? It's got a chop mark too. Chop marks mean it's been authenticated I thought

 

It's not in my Pick 12th edition (2008), but it looks to me like it might be newer than that. What edition are you using?

Whether your note is in the Pick catalog or not, and what year catalog it might be in.

 

There are 4 variations of 1986 20B Bolivia in the Pick, all with different signatures, this one is not listed.

 

Oh haha I think I see what you are saying. It would be a good thing if this note was listed?

 

Not sure if this much help, but after a quick check on the bay, it looks like this was released well into the 2000's and those notes still have the '1986' on them. I think these sigs are right. The wear had me thinking it was older of course.

I am guessing the '2015' in the listing is referring to the actual year of the note.

No problem. Thanks to the other folks who posted in this thread to get me interested enough to actually look myself. I learned some new stuff also. I like paper as well as coins. I have a few world notes in my collection also.

 

Care to post a few of your favorite? If you got in on hand right now. I wouldn't mind seeing. Understand if not.

 

Sure. Here is a handful that I could get to pretty fast.

 

Bwahahahaha loook at that haaaaair hahahaha he got 3pounds of hair on his head haha I love the reverse of the Scotland note.. love anything with dragons and ships. The design kinda looks like snake or dragon (I know it's just detail) but wow who woulda knew queen Elizabeth was so pretty. not too shabby

 

Whenever I see a thread on World notes, and see how beautiful and colorful they are, I thank my lucky stars I never started collecting them........I would be penniless.

 

Most of these particular notes were gifts and a couple I got from trips. Instead of having someone bring me another dang shot glass back, I ask them to bring me their leftover change and bills if they have any. I'd rather be rich than drunk (most of the time ) WAY better gift!

 

Finding a new Pick, is like finding a DDO or a new coin in a way, so its a good thing, sorta if its not in, just how to get it registered as a Pick is tricky. It may have 1986 on it but not made in 86.
