I'm mainly a coin collector, but I think I'm turning into a paper money collector too . I've been on the look out for star notes, and finally found one. It's not the prettiest one though, but here it is.
congrats on your first star now you will only be that much more vigalant to find more maksimfa ... star notes are replacement notes for regular notes that were damaged during printing.
if theres a mistake in the printing and they see it, they destroy those messed up notes and since they dont skip serial #'s, they make new notes with the same serial #'s as the messed up ones and put a star next to it to indicate that this is a new note that replaced the original messed up one.
Yep I think it has, The only thing I don't like so far about the star notes are there so hard to find LOL.
