I don't think you did bad, but I checked my records and I bought a mint uncirculated note for twice as much as you paid. Sometimes it's worth seeing what gem examples are going for and if it's not much more, spend the few extra dollars. I also have one that's... well circulated to say the least. Can't recall how much that one went for, but yours is much nicer.
I say you broke even with your purchase. Those red seals are valuable, but not all that valuable. 1963-$2 bills are about the cut off for the $2 bill series till they start to really become collectible. Nice bill anyway.
