The 1930 FH Quarter currently lists for $450.00 in MS64 in Coin World. I cannot tell you about VAM's as I have very little knowledge on these.

The 80-O VAM 6A is about a $400 coin in MS63. A normal 80-O is around $325. Not a huge premium, but there is one. The bigger premium may come from selling the coin in an open auction with good pictures. The holder is scarce and the fact that it hasn't seen a grading room in close to 30 years may have people paying much more for it. An MS64 is a $1500 coin, and if pictures of the coin can convince people it may grade that, you'll get a lot more for it than you will because of it being VAM 6A.
