A set I am pretty proud of. They aren't high end MS or the lowest of low, but they all have a story. A few have some slabs scuffs or scratches. I forgot to buff them out. Maybe I'll get around to doing the bad ones sometime. I want to thank JeffRM on the set registry for taking the pictures for me (except the 07-D and 06-P, they were by brg5658(thank you too brg)). http://www.pcgs.com/setregistry/publishedset.aspx?s=131384
Very nice. I think the darker coins are especially attractive (like 1899 and 1905, for example). Original coins are deceptively hard to find in these grades, so this is a real accomplishment.
Terrific accomplishment, more difficult than it seems at first glance. I enjoyed the heck out of checking it out. It's my belief that coins like this are best slightly underexposed; "standard" digicam lighting tends to offer the impression of prior cleaning.
It is always fantastic to see a 100% complete set, especially one like this. It took a lot of time and effort, and your focus on originality has created a well matched, attractive set. It is also so much nicer when a registry set is imaged. This shows pride in your set, and really helps others see what they can work towards. With no images, its just a collection of numbers.... not what we're here for at all. Congrats on a beautiful set - no matter what the grade is.
That took a lot of patience on your part. I see many say they have started a set, but very few seem to finish one. Congratulations as well.
