Hello I know you joined CT about a year ago but let me take this opportunity to personally say WELCOME TO THE FORUM. I look forward to your posts and of course I'd always like to see some clear & tightly cropped photos of your coins.
Yeah...but, as I see, is surely Pius IX, and Pius IX was Pope from 1846 to 1878. He struck coins until 1870, then Papal States were annexed to Kingdom of Italy. 1 Soldo coins were struck only in 1866 and 1867. petronius :smile
This is the best i can do. Being 17th or 18th century, the coin is quite worn, though you can just make out the image of the Sun King and the inscription Ludovicus Magnus Rex:
Over the holidays i acquired a few more coins: Ghana - silver 10 shillings, 1958 Poland - 20 Grozer, 1623 Austria-Hungary - 20 Kreuzer, 1846 Imperial Germany - 2 pfennigs, 1874 Nazi Germany - 5 and 10 pfennigs, 1940 and 1941 Victorian forgery of a George III florin Islamic coins bearing the dates "1271" and "1281"
