OP, these were saved massively, and struck over a two year timeframe, (1975-1976), so there are still millions around BU. This is the answer why there are no 1975 quarters or halves or Ikes I believe.
weak drum ribs. worth 25 cents. And if you look at PCGS for it, any of the 67 or 66s besides that "top pop" MS67+ 1 of 1, even the AU58s have a better strike than that.... it's not representative. https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/1976-25c-clad/images/5896 Full hair details on George on he obverse, fully struck drum on the reverse. these two I think are representative of really nice ones deserving of top pop from PCGS, and if not a CAC green bean at least when compared to the 67+ 07725511 35445674 I seriously have no idea why that gave the 67+ it's grade...... I think this MS66 is a beauty 83798000
Your question was answered, so all I can add is please post your photos Full Image. After uploading your photo, two buttons appear; Thumbnail, and Full Image. Click on Full Image so your photo shows in the post and can be easily enlarged. Keep on looking and asking, but please educate yourself as much as possible. A "Red Book" is almost a necessity when collecting. If you don't have one, please purchase one, even an older edition. Just ignore the prices listed as they were out of date the day the book was published.
I just searched 12 rolls of quarters. I found 7 Bicentennial Quarters in them. 2 were circulated and the other 5 look like they were just minted. It's only worth face value. They are very common and they were hoarded by everyone.
