You might have been expecting a beautiful MS coin, but alas this is all I could ever afford. This date and MM have an interesting history. Apparently while these were being minted most were put directly into circulation. Very few were hoarded by Uncle Sam and therefore they are pretty rare in MS condition. If you could find one they are very expensive. I love this coin, it has character and history.
