I know it is a little early but wanted to give a heads up for the MSNS Fall Show at the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn on Novemeber 27, 28 and 29th. I had a great time last year and I think we had the largest gathering ever of CT's at a show. I plan on being there for most of the day on the 27th and 28th. Can't stay for the whole thing as I have about a 6 or so hr drive each way. Anyways wanted to get a rollcall on who might be able to make it..See ya there Jerry
It's on my calender as of now. Might end up in MD for Thanksgiving, don't know for sure yet (read I haven't been told yet )
i plan on going.. but like PennyGuy has said... i havent been 'told' my plans for those days yet. I might not be in the area to be able to go
I will be there part of the day Friday and all day on Saturday. Hope to hook up with some other CT's. Does anyone know if Jack is coming out this year???
I'll certainly be there; my coin club (Northwest Detroit Coin Club -- www.nwdcc.org) is co-sponsoring the event with another local club; I believe the Southeastern Michigan Treasure Hunters. I've already volunteered two shifts, both at check-in. I think I'm working early Saturday and early Sunday for a couple of hours each day. So, when you're filling out your name tag, look for me!
http://www.michigancoinclub.org I will be there Saturday for sure to hear Kevin Foley's talk at the Educational Forum. I may be there for several hours on Friday to set up my exhibit, but probalby in the middle of the day, about 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. I live close, so times are flexible. If you want, we can leave messages and messaging at the MSNS Membership table. They control the microphone and other communication.
Sounds great and hope to hook up with everyone. My wife may not be able to make the long 6 hr trip but my 11 year old son has volunteered. He is a coin collector also.. See ya there.... Maybe we all could meet at the MSNS table at noon on Saturday for a picture and maybe lunch...
Snapshots for the Websites It seems that "we all" will be there at different times, but "we most" might make it. I will definitely plan on Noon Saturday and I can eat lunch, of course, but be aware that the Educational Forum will be a priority for me as KEVIN FOLEY is the Guest Speaker. (See MSNS website here for updates and details.)
I'm supposed to be working the registration table from 2-4 PM on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to noon on Sunday. My name tag will indicate that I am on cointalk.com. I will also be walking the bourse floor from probably 10 a.m. - 2 PM on Saturday, and after noon on Sunday. I hope to see you there. If you see me, feel free to say hi.
I'll be there. No name tag but look for a guy with a goatee and wearing a Harley Shirt. Chances are, thats Moi..
