MS70/PF70 - No longer perfect???

Was browsing eBay and came across this:

From NGC web site: "As they are already of the ultimate grade, any coin graded MS 70 or PF 70 will not be eligible for the ."

Very interesting.

 

This is why the hobby was promised that "no coin shall ever be graded a perfect 70", quoted directly from TPG founders.

So much for that promise, huh?

 

NGC pop report shows 3 graded PF70*CAMEO.

So, it's not quite as rare as the seller thinks.
