    I don't really think the price guide values of NGC are realistic, so what would you guys pay? Is $150 a fair price?

    It depends on how impatient you are. The average price on Heritage for the last couple years has been about $130. However, if it is a nice one, they have also gone for almost $200. Take your choice!
