Mpc series 681 set new number #1 (pcgs registry set)

Thanks to a cross grade from PMG i now have the new number #1
Registry set at, PCGS this particular note that put me over the top was the
Only 25 cent note at PMG and i just happen to find it and resubmit it
To PCGS and it graded out:hail:
