http://cgi.ebay.com/1880-0-MORGAN-S...3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66:2|65:3|39:1|240:1318 Who would buy that?!?!
If I could afford it the answer would be a big "NO". If someone is going to post a $27,000 dollar coin I would think it would merit great photos. What is being hidden on the obverse photo I wonder?
Time for GD,s 20 foot pole. I see someone made an offer on it that was declined. I wish they showed the offer, I'll bet it was worth a laugh.
"What is being hidden on the obverse photo I wonder? " maybe its rare post mint damage..... err I mean error. very rare.
Why cant people be honest If the coin was as they claim, then take it out of the plastic bag!!!, after all, it's in a slab anyway
With all the MS70 coins SGS pumps out, can you imagine the real grade this MS66 would fetch from PCGS? My guess is this is an MS63 TOPS, if it's even authentic. If this guy gets $27,000 for this coin, he better buy a better camera first thing!!!
wow I was going to place a 10 dollar bid on it but with 12 dollars shipping that would be too much for a common date morgan in unknown condition. Maybe I'll try a dollar. I'll let you know what happens.
Why do you thinkt he coin only got an MS66. If you could read the mintmark, it would have been a solid 70
And notice that there is no return policy stated. Reminds me of an old horror show where the "participant" ran through a dark maze, lined with razor blades, being chased by "vampire bats". with a $10,000 prize. Ebay is the dark maze, SGS is the razor blades, and no return policy the bats. But then again think of the thrill if you get lucky Jim * no bats were harmed in this stunt*
Wow. I like to think of myself as the king of analygies. I need your address so I can mail you the crown!!!:mouth:
