morgan silver dollar

i picked up this 1888 O morgan silver dollar,reading up on the coin it says its the "hot lips" coin. does it have any higher value or is that only for the mirror/mint coins.Thanks

well in melt it is about $28.87, so if you paid less you did good, but the prices range from 30 dollars for a G4 example to 40 for MS60. i hope this helped

As pointed out, and I agree 100%, this is not the hotlips variety Morgan. In that condition, it's worth melt, $28.87. A lot of wear, and hits, along with the rim dings, that's about all you've got.
