Morgan possible "Hot Lips"?

Just purchased this 1891 Morgan. PCGS MS64. Under scrutiny, I see in Liberty's lips, a deformation, of some type. Does not look like a bag mark, or damage. Could this possibly be an existing, or new Variety?? Thanks!!

I would say die chips but the color should match the coin.

Nope.....too common......130+ tons of striking pressure.
