PS: Does anyone think it looks toned above the head?

Yes it is toned on the obverse.

No, it is not the S (San Francisco) mint.
The label does not have a mintmark, therefore Philadelphia.

Also, the S would be below the eagle's tailfeathers.
    Not there.

The S before the $ is for Silver.

    Current retail is $80.

common as dirt, retail may be 80 but you can buy really nice ones for half that. I have so many I consider them bullion

If I was in the market for an 1886 in MS64 I'd pay maybe $60-65 tops for that one.

yah defintily shop around a bit more.. that toning is ugly.
Do your research before you buy! You won't regret it!

He was trying to buy a 1886 S Morgan for bargain price, don't think he wants a 1886 Morgan.

The S on the label is for Silver dollar. The coin is very common and the grey sheet bid for the coin is $52.
