First, let me say Thank You to everyone who has helped me, and all the other people, on these forums, it's a big help. OK, the last time I posted I learned about Zinc Rot and damage after minting. Now, I am trying to learn about Doubled Die(s) and Die Breaks, I have read up on these and looked at a lot of photos but I still am having issues. I have enclosed a couple of photos which I believe are Doubled Die and one with a Die Break and I could use some help letting me know if I am correct or not.

The Doubled Dies are from a Jefferson Nickel and a Roosevelt Dime, I will deal with the new pennies later. I am sure you can tell with picture goes with which coin and there are only 2 coins, the Nickel has what I think is a Doubled Die on both the Obverse and the Reverse. Oh, I forgot, there is some weird stick hanging down from the right top corner of Monticello, there is a photo of it too and you can just make out the Doubled Die of Monticello as well.

Thank you everyone for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.

Both nickels appear to have die deterioration doubling. The giveaway to this is the parallel striations that point toward the rim.

That a die break extending from Monticello on the reverse.

Thanks Chris for your help. I am trying to get these terms down so I do not mislabel them and so no one in the future thinks I was nuts. Have a great week and thank again.
