    As
    Mint: Rome, A.D. 119-120.
    Obverse: Laureate bust right, slight drapery.
    Reverse: Britannia seated left, right foot on pile of rocks, resting shield to right and holding spear.

    Though not the first depiction of Britannia on a coin, it is the image that became the basis for more modern depictions

    Though showing minor pitting, this example still conserves many details.
