I don't think there would be any premium for most of them. They're not in great condition. Visit Heritage Auctions and look at their auction archives. You'll be able to find auction pricing for all of these. You'll also be able to compare the condition of your currency vs. those in the auction. You'll get a feel for how much premium, if any, you'll be able to expect.
I'd list them seperately, there are so many surplus lots of $2.00 bills. For instance, just saw an ad for groups of 1953 through 1963 Legal Tender Reds as follows: 25 For $106.25 about 4.25 ea. 50 For $205 & 100 For $390 Also, alot of us who collect wouldnt want the ones with handwriting on them, with the exception of short snorters. My own rule Buy in bulk....but, Lots of people have a little bit to spend on one....but few will buy the lot without a windfall.
