I couldn't really say which... have had it for around 5-10 years stuck in a flip in a binder and it hasn't toned any more than the day I got it..... at least that I can notice. So it was a.t., then it appears to have stopped processing. It's by far my most colorful nickel and really pleasing,, the blue over liberty is dramatic in contrast to the reds and yellows and oranges... neat nickel either way imo... one of my favorit raw... if i thought it would grade high I'd probably roll the dice and send it in, but it lacks the steps to make it worth it... wonder if lehigh has any toned like this ?
I do not think that is toning and I'm reasonably certain the coin would never make it into a slab. As I said, I'm pretty sure that coloring is smoke damage. The coin appears to have been through a fire.
