montana quarter annealing error?

    More information needed
    Did you find it in circulation? In a roll of quarters? Did you buy it as an annealing error?
    IMHO I say no. Most likely Environmental Damage.

    got it in change/picture doesn't do the finish justice almost mirror like

    Have you ever tried metal detecting?
    You can dig tons if clad coins out of the ground that look like yours does!
    These are my quarters that I found over the years.
