Does anyone know if they make a poster that lists all the different type of US money currently available? This sounds odd, but I was thinking about trying to get one for a friend who runs a friut stand down here. I made a purchase there recently and his cashiers did not know that there was such a thing as a $1 coin, a $1/2 coin, or a $2 bill.

    Cheers,
    David

Thats easy enough to do in any photo editing program, even MS Paint. then just pop over to kinkos or other print shop, print, maybe even laminate. So if you cant find one to buy, making your own wouldnt be all that hard.

    good luck!

Heh, as a classroom teacher, I've seen that poster too many times, but I think it's more suited for a classroom wall. I can't imagine that one would need more than a 81/2x11 sheet with the denominations, etc. Plus that poster is rather dated.

Good luck on your idea - and I am serious - good luck.

I kinda think the stores should show them what a 0.50 piece looks like. In my own, private testing - they' don't have a clue. I've been offered a dollar for each Kennedy half and I've also been refused service.

If this is after work, then I don't really care, but I have lost a LOT of valuable LUNCH time while teenaged cashiers get ahold of their managers to verify the coin, etc.

Like I said - good luck on the poster - but I know my Gas Station cashier isn't going to pick up on it!!! :)
