Recently I came across a few unusual coins. One is a Niue 5 Dollar coin with a real electric bulb in it. Other one is an Isle of Man 60 Pence Currency convertor coin (a coin with movable part). Are there any other such unique coins? Please share the knowledge..

Ha, lots. :) I added the URLs in case "hotlinking" does not work. Here we have a Nauru $10 coin, dedicated to the euro. http://www.anumis.de/produkte/gav/1655019008.gif It is a silver piece; the golden part is probably gilded silver.

Another one with a map http://www.reppa.de/images/JA_img/big/av/1655016001.gif of (some of) Europe and an image of a €1 coin ...

... and one with the outline of Germany http://www.reppa.de/images/JA_img/big/av/1655015002.gif and a gilded image of a 1DM coin:

Don't really like such pieces (except for that Spanish one). But some are so odd, they're almost good again.
