It's called a MAD or misaligned die strike. It's an error but no extra value as they are very common.
If anything, a MAD on an ultra high grade may be detrimental to the value. I don't see anything on the other 2 coins. Just nice album fillers BTW: The 86 is far from MS65. And while the MAD really doesn't add any value (<$1 IF you can find somebody interested), it is more misaligned than usual, so I would put it in a 2x2 if I got it in change
And the 62d I have better pics then that I know there a lot and even harder above a 67 is that one good to go to send in for grading
Suggestion.. Learn what true mint errors are. Many issues you will find in circulation such as misaligned die strikes and tiny die chips have no premiums. Circulation finds are not high MS grades IMO. It takes time to learn and understand all there is when it comes to mint errors and varieties. I've been doing it for 36 years and I'm still learning. And if your in it for the money then get ready to be dissapointed. Many new collectors believe they can get rich with so many minor issues. Even small Doubled Die varieties are not worth much. I'm being honest. I'm not trying to discourage you. We are here to help.
Not in it for money but it would be nice to sale some but no I'm learning collecting and find some good ones to either sale trade or collect mostly as a trophy. I wouldnt sale a piece so easily especially how many hours and money you put into yourself
