Missing clad?

Would this be classified as missing clad or a hanging chad? Lol. Seriously I am reading that partial clad layer coins might be sought after. Is that true? Thanks for any info

In 1983 Lincoln cents were changed to copper plated zinc. The plating has been known to bubble and even flake off. A scratch can also expose the underlying zinc, which rapidly corrodes - search for zinc rot.

 

environmental damage. they look like parking lot finds.

 

BTW, your 1960 and 1979 cents are not plated.
