Hey all I was going to throw this in the 'spendable' jar but the way the clad is peeled off so obviously in some spots made me want to get opinions before just tossing it aside. Sorry if it seems obvious to some as I feel I should be sure-er about some of this stuff by now and these circulation mysteries can be frustrating. -Andy
Damaged. It could have suffered severe environmental damage, it may have been in a fire, but it did not leave the Mint in that condition.
