Found this in change, in Worthington,In Pizza place. I think this is the most Missalined Die I have ever found :) Do you think I should put it back out their and see if someone here finds it again ?? 1981 obv.jpg 1981 rev.jpg

That's a nice misaligned die. It's rare that they effect the devices like that.

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

I can't see how it is broadstruck.

It'd be a keeper for me.

It shows on the reverse too, but the misalignment with the obverse die caused detail loss.

here is the rim opposite the misalignment, the rest of rim is square !

Not broadstruck, but the severe misalignment has caused the obv die to hit and partially depress the collar resulting in a slight partial collar on the opposite side.

    I stand corrected.
