Looking for the individual who helpfully saw an error on my Cabbed Bust Half display and collection which is hosted on another site. The coin in question was an 1823 Half dollar. I had attributed it as an O-101A or (Ugly Three) variety but their keen eye pointed out it was in fact an O-106A which is very similar.

    Thanks for the Anonymous Help

In my own defense this was one of my first coins in my collection and my attributions were based on Al Overton's 1st and 2nd books which had 'Beistele (sp?) numbers and I had to cross reference those into Overton numbers. I almost gave up the hobby in frustration, LOL...

    Ben:
That is one of the hardest conversions to do!
I know that there is a chart somewhere.
I'll try to find it for you.
