I have a 1974 $20 uncirculated in mint condition that is miscut and misprinted. i was curious how much it is worth. I have pics but they are too large to post. I can email them if you would like.

    Thanks,
    Mike

I'm not a currency collector myself but I have seen bills which were cut incorrectly even though the front and back were properly aligned in relation to each other, and they really seem to be a form of post-production damage, probably coming from the uncut sheets sold by the BEP as psuedo-errors and sold by EBay scam artists..

On the other hand truly misprinted bills, often carry a premium. Those are the ones where the front and back are misaligned, or the seals/serial numbers are printed on the back, etc.

If I'm off base about the miscuts, one or more of the real currency collectors on the forum will certainly say so! :)

Send them to chrisrocco777@msn.com and I'll look at them, then use a generic Photoshop I have and will post them. :D

Pictures of the definite combination misprint/miscut bill have been posted in this thread, so please continue the discussion there.
