Anyone ever bought anything from this site? Is it trustworthy? Prices seem pretty reasonable...at least for most things.
Yes, never had a problem and I would recommend them for stuff like mint products, commems and such. For other coins, it would depend on the individual coin.
I think they are trustworthy. Their prices are good for modern stuff. But they still haven't processed my order placed on 1/2/06. They told me in an email they are backed up with orders from last year. I don't know if that is true or not or if they have other issues.
I have only bought from them once, and I now trust them. It did take a little longer to receive the item but I did receive what they showed on the site.
I bought a few things from them. Good prices, but slow on the orders. But I'm a very impatient person when it comes to ordering things on the internet. Took about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks for them to ship the order, but when it got here I was happy with everything.

Took about 21 days to receive my order (I get impatient too), But its nice, and exactly what I wanted.
I have made several purchases from them. Although they advertise "Most orders for in stock items are currently shipped in 2-3 business days," only a couple of my orders ever actually shipped that quickly (and I've only ordered items that were in stock). I complained about that once, and their response was something to the effect that they count days "differently" than me(?), and subsequent orders were shipped even later (that'll teach the customer who's boss). Bottom line: Their prices are competitive and their product descriptions are accurate, so IF YOU'RE NOT IN A HURRY you won't be disappointed.
After dealing with the MP folks for several years, I've finally found a happier home at APMEX.com (American Precious Metal Exchange). Better prices and faster service (they actually ship on or before estimated shipping dates!).
I just bought some bullion silver eagles from them. They are slow - it took almost two weeks to send out my order. Other than that - no problems.
prices alright the prices shown at mint product.com were o.k. some even lower than bullion value. i never buy from them before. i wonder if i order those coins with lower than bullion value. they might as well change those prices at a higher for me?. i hate changing prices. it looks like they want to attract me to buy from them. thus posting some prices below bullion.
I bought the First S-Minted proof sets from Mintproducts.com and had no problems, They were a little slow and the proof boxes were in really good shape. Bought from '68-'72.
Nobody is as slow as the mint!!!! In Dec., my last 2 orders from the mint I finally cancelled after 2 months and still backordered. So far this year...my first 2 orders...3 out of 3 items on backorder. Is the mint even making coins anymore or is China just that slow getting our coins to us? At least the mint is consistent!
