Got a lot of silver mint sets off of fleabay in the mail yesterday 59 through 64. Inside one of the flat packs i found something which i have never seen. The token included in the set has some big time " doubling " where apparently the ink was stamped onto the (plastic?) token a second time way off center. Has anybody ever seen this before? Will try to post a scan.

Not a lot of extra value to it, but that's cool! I've never seen a doubled mint token before(then again, I don't search a lot of mint sets).

I can only look at it for a few seconds before I git sea sick and have to avert my eyes. Something you don't see everyday...list it on e-Bay as "extremely rare" and the bids will start pouring in.

I like them old silver mint sets like that, I know it's between 1959 and 1963. No added value, but still a nice find....exceptional conversation piece.

It is a 59. Rosie and Frankie are just starting to tone a little too. If not for the odd token i would probably bust them out, but i have a box full of these old flat packs with original packaging and coa's. Those old envelopes seem to help the toning so i will probably put it in there.
