i found this site here and i was just curious if anyone has any further opinions about their product/service....i am looking to pick up an ase or two and a chinese panda or two that i need for my collection, nothing major. thank you in advance.
A friend of mine orders from them, hasn't had a problem. I've not used them personally (but I would) and the name comes up here from time to time as a suggested place to get a few things.
mint products I bought some wheat cents from them for the kids to go through. the price was decent and the service was good. We didn't get any more or less than I expected from "unserched wheat cents".
i can't quite tell, but is their service, perhaps, maybe, not the speediest? i am not really concerned as these are not pressing items, but perhaps you can clarify? a week? two? the next full moon? regardless, the opinions seem mostly positive. thank you. i like silver eagle coins as well, but their ase prices have gotten quite high. i would love to order from there to take advantage of the free shipping, but i will have to crunch all the numbers.
I'll put it this way. Don't pay for Priority or Express Mail cause it'll still take a month for your coins to be shipped... Ben
i have had a horable experience with them! purchased a couple 1/10 oz AGE and after about a month called to find out what happend to my order only to get double talk and the run around. they had moved there store during this first month so i assumed they lost my order (however they charged my card the first day of ordering) later was told that they didnt have one in stock and the other was in process. finaly was told none were in stock and after about three months finaly had to contact my credit card to retrieve my money.but apperently other people had good luck with them i can never trust them my self. poor customer service!
I have used mintproducts for commemoratives and still occasionally use them for silver bullion coins because their quality has always been good. I don't think I'd use them for anything except bullion anymore. They aren't slow. They are ssssssssslllllllllloooooooooowwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!! At least I've never encountered anyone slower. I waited for 3 months once for items that were in stock. My inquiries just received the repeated excuse that they were "busy."
I've bought a lot of things from them and have never had a problem.Coins can be a bit slow in coming but they have always arrived in 2-3 weeks at most.That's my experience anyway.
I have used them before for some bullion...a little slow on delivery but the quality was good and the price was inline.. RickieB
