Mint packing slip is not an invoice

u.s. mint packing slip stated that this is not an invoice. question is do we get any invoice from u.s. mint?. anyone?.

if u orderee online you get it online. i dont know what happens if you order by mail or phone though

 

'Invoice' implies that money is owed. You would not receive an invoice if you have already paid for the item(s).

If you ordered on-line you would have gotten an invoice then and a receipt when you paid.

Perhaps what you have is a packing slip.

 

Possibly the dealers that use the bulk purchase program don't pay up front and get invoiced instead.

can we request from the mint for another on-line receipt in case we delete it?.

 

do you avae an account? if you do under your past orders you will see the receipt. why are you worried about receipts all of a sudden?

mint website can't get into it.

unfortunately, the mint website can not be use to trace those previous order history. i have to wait few days i think. hopefully those receipts are still there.

it is possible. it can be vanish. because they have to clear some. what you think if i call them. can they send me or email me previoss receipts?. i doubt it.

 

you can try the worst that they will say is they dont have it but i would wait for the site to come back up first

Nope, the Mint requires the payment upfront. They require it by bank wire.

 

insurance purposes

what about insurance for coins at bank safety box?. does insurance company need an invoice?. or just a packing slip will do?.

i checked the order history. there is no invoice or invoice number stated. only order number. order date and order status. just like packing slip. if you check fedex. it is only shipment time and date. so i may just use packing slip for insurance.
