When I sent one of my Old Mint commem dollars back, it took about a week and a half before the mint issued the refund. I think a day or two after my credit card was credited the mint website updated my order with the return.

forget the refund they refuse to acknowledge that they received them. i will wait and watch. will insurance work if delivery confirmation shows that they received it. i am at a loss for words and sadly i am not alone.

I am a ebayer..Everything I send out over $10. is insured. Anything under $10 has Del. Conf. on it.

'The Mint' and 'Pain in the Neck' is a redundancy.

Generally I start too worry at about a week as well. But it usually takes 10-14 working days. witch translates into 3 weeks. It does seem like we are going backwards hear.~~~The pony express route was 1966 miles from St. Joseph, Missouri to
Sacramento, California. It took 10 days. It crossed Through the states of
    Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah,
Nevada, and California. The average speed of the rider was 10 miles per
hour. ~~~~the last order I compared to this formula too only averaged 2.4 miles per hour, if ya wanna use that as a gauge. :D
