mint errors or PMD on two cents? :)

Found these while going through a box:


would these be considered mint errors, and if they are, are they worth anything?

First one looks like plyer dykes taken around the edge, but I truly don't know about the second one.

The first one looks like it was crimped into some kind of holder. The second one looks like someone took a small torch to it.

 

I vote PMD for both. You can still see evidence from the flame burns on the second one.
