it started as a date set (all dates now included) and slowly expanding to a full morgan set... That's specifically 50 different date/mm morgans in mostly ngc but sprinkled with pcgs icg and anacs as well.. I pulled a few out as nobody wants to look at a case of slab edges now the case is full i guess i need another case lol

Sweet collection! I glanced at the registry list and was wondering which Morgan dates and mints you own with anacs and icg grades.
the other case (blue) is a smaller 30 slab case, at the moment it contains "odd balls" like my 3 W cents (ms/pf/rp) commems, my bashlows and other non-main set stuff. I also have 2 other 50 cases which contain most of my type set. As for the icg and anacs slabs i have 90 and 90s in anacs as well as a 92s and ms66 21d in icg
Believe it or not, I only own 2 Morgan Dollar coins. I have never metal detected one either. Both are minor Mint Errors - Incomplete Planchets. Both curves are covered by the NGC Slab Prong
I don't want to start an argument, but I strongly disagree with your title, "a minor achievement"! That's no "minor" anything! That is a MAJOR achievement, at least to me. Congratulations! Well done.
