Mini-ID cent? :O

I found it in a foreign coin box at a coin shop.

It's about 1/4 the size of a normal Indian Head, and its dated 1903.

No more luster remains, and there is no indication (sp?) that it's a novelty coin or anything. Everything that would be on a 1903 ID is on this miniature.

Anyone know anything about this?

Is it anything like these??? All these coins would fit under a nickel. What you have is a novelty coin. They are cute but of no real value.
