So, I'm reading Million Dollar Nickels by Montgomery, Brockard, and (whatever the other guy's name is) and it's pretty good so far. I feel like it poses more questions than it does answers. I know the mystery is still unsolved and it has a lot of theories, but after all these years, you would think it would at least point in a certain direction. I'm about half way through it and I kind of get the feeling that Samuel Brown was involved in striking them sometime before the Buffalo Nickels began. I am in no way an expert on this subject, so maybe someone else can shed better light on it. It is a very interesting read though. I am enjoying the vignettes of the previous owners.
