Hi there, I am very new to the coin thing and wondering if any of you could point me in the right direction. I have a 1999 Canada Millennium quarter set. It has a quarter for each month of the year and a special Millennium Quarter. On the September coin and the November coin, The Words '25 CENTS' is missing from the queen side of the coin. Any ideas if these are worth anything? I can't get a straight answer from local shops. Thanks!!
These are "mules". The wrong obverse die was used. Several thousand of these mules were released and I think they're selling for about $60 apiece. When they first were discovered they were a lot more expensive.
