Many thanks to paddyman98, Treashunt, expat and Pickin and Grinin for their responses! How would one gauge the coin's value with respect to an ordinary extra fine example? Thoughts most welcome.

Honestly, most world coin Doubled Dies aren't given much notoriety.
I bought a 1964 Greece 30 Drachmai DDO. The value wasn't any different than a NON DDO.

You might get a few bucks just for the novelty of it, but nothing major. Mexico had major quality control issues in the late 70s and 80s, errors from this period are pretty easy to find.
