Metal Detecting - Trifecta of US Quarters Weekend!

    Hello everyone,
    As some of you know yesterday I metal detected a local park here in Manhattan NYC. I found myself a 1928 Standing Liberty Quarter..

    This morning one of the members of our Metal Detecting club detected a park in Brooklyn NYC and found a 1951 - Silver Washington Quarter..

    Then this afternoon another member from our club, Joey Spinz detected a 1898 - Silver Barber Quarter in a field somewhere out in Eastern Connecticut..

    Between the 3 of us we had a Trifecta of old US Quarters :smug::smuggrin::woot:

    I've been out twice this year so far. No silvers yet.
