Congratulations on the silver and a musket ball. You don’t find those every day. Always interesting finds.

Imagine how a dime of today would hold up if buried back when the 1920 was lost. Interesting finds Paddy.

    Keep 'em beepin', Bunny Foo-Foo!

It didn't take you long at all to surpass my all-time Merc count!

But I suppose that's the difference between detecting in the Big Apple versus small Southern towns.

Are you gonna get albums or folders and work on date sets for all those IHC, Lincolns, Mercs, etc? I did that with a few types when I got into the dozens of examples. That way I could always be happy when I filled another hole in the album. Just like regular collecting, only dug-style. Each album had only dug coins in it. I really only did that for my Wheats, though.

Nice! Most of my area had nothing but poor subsistence farmers, so not much in the way of coins. Severely corroded Indian cents occasionally. Sunday though I made my best find in a couple of years, my first silver three cent piece.
